Paisa Bazaar-Wedding Speech
The idea came from a simple insight that refusing to help someone in need, monetarily or otherwise, is sometimes a bigger help. That gave birth to a story of two brothers. We all know elder brothers are tough on their younger siblings. What we often forget is that’s what makes the younger ones stronger. To raise the stakes, we made the younger brother in the film mute. Someone who gets sympathy from the world, while his own brother doesn’t pay much heed to his disability - for his own good.
